Steps to follow:

1. Log in to your bank’s online banking platform or mobile application.
2. Select “Pay”, then choose “Pay a bill”.
3. Click “Add a payee / biller”
4. Search for the payee/biller name exactly as shown on the invoice.
5. Enter the order number (starting with CONFXXXXXX).
6. Select the account to be debited.
7. Enter the exact amount indicated on the invoice.
8. Review the information and confirm the payment.
9. Keep the payment confirmation for your records.

Steps to follow:

1. Access your bank, either online or by visiting a branch.
2. Select “International Transfer / SWIFT”.
3. Enter the required banking details as provided below:

5. Select the option “Fees to be paid by the sender” (Sender bears all charges).
6. Review the information, validate, and send the transfer.
7. Email the proof of payment to the designated contact address.

Steps to follow:

1. Log in to your online banking service.
2. Select “Interac e-Transfer”
3. Enter the email address: [email protected]
4. Enter the exact amount indicated on the invoice.
5. The security question should be the order number (starting with CONF)
6. The answer should be Métaux
7. Review the details and confirm the transfer.
8. Keep the confirmation for your records.
